At all times , we strive where possible to source the finest and freshest ingredients locally. Beef and lamb is produced on our family farm in Kilkee, shellfish is supplied by local fishermen and all our poultry is certified free range. All goats cheese is from St. Tola, Inagh and salad leaves are grown and harvested in nearby Bellharbour. Our speciality breads are all prepared and baked in house.
Our chefs are passionate about their craft and believe that food should be sophisticated yet uncomplicated.
